The Department of Child and Family Services Goes Blue for Child Abuse Prevention Month

National Child Abuse Prevention Month 2024

“The "Go Blue for Child Abuse Prevention" campaign is a powerful symbol of our shared dedication to child protection and advocacy.”

"The campaign emphasizes that more than just a colour, wearing blue signifies a collective commitment to nurturing safe and supportive environments for children to thrive. Protecting our children is everyone's responsibility, and together, we can make a meaningful difference."

Minister Furbert concluded, "Together, we can build a safer, brighter future for every child in our community. For more information or to report suspected child abuse, please call our kids line at 278-9111."
