What do they do?

The Department of E-Government provides services to other internal departments inclusive of:

  • The management of the portal to provide information to the public on Government services 24 hours a day
  • The creation of online services to allow the public to communicate and perform transactions 24 hours a day
  • The creation and analysis of public surveys (and other forms of customer insight) and
  • Review and improvement of business processes to provide better customer service and increase efficiency.
