Child care information for providers

As a day care provider, camp operator or health professional, the safety of Bermuda’s children is your responsibility.

Below are some resources to help.

Day care providers:

Day care providers can care for up to three children in their homes and must be registered with Environmental Health. They must comply with the Children Act 1998 and here are some additional helpful resources:

Day Care Centres

Day care centres provide care for more than three children outside of the home and must follow the Day Care Centre Regulations 1999. Below are additional resources. Here are some helpful resources:

Camp Operators:
