The Ministry Headquarters is comprised of a Permanent Secretary, a Financial Controller, an Office Manager, the administrative assistant to the Minister and the administrative assistant to the Permanent Secretary.

This small group has an enormous responsibility, in providing advice to the Minister on the formulation of policies and managing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of those policies in accordance with the directives of the Minister specifically and the Cabinet as a whole.
