As a member of the OAG team, you will play a vital role in the public accountability process.  In carrying out independent examinations of government operations, you act first and foremost in the public interest. Your audit responsibilities provide a unique and important opportunity to contribute to the improvement of government programs and activities. 

The OAG conducts its financial, compliance and performance audits in compliance with Canadian Auditing Standards as promulgated by the CICA.  Applicants must possess a professional accounting designation and must be a member in good standing with an internationally recognized professional accounting body.  Applicants must have strong communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
